Collaboration and Behavior

Stakeholders (donors, volunteers, beneficiaries) must interact respectfully and align with the Foundation's core values. NWF does not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or unethical practices.

Donations and Fundraising

Use of Donations

All donations will be used strictly for the purpose intended, as outlined by the Foundation’s mission and programs. Administrative expenses will be maintained at a minimum to ensure maximum benefits reach beneficiaries.

Donor Privacy

Donors' personal and financial information will remain confidential unless explicit permission is provided. Receipts will be issued for all donations, and NWF will comply with applicable tax regulations.

Refund Policy

Donations made to NWF are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in case of technical errors or duplicate transactions.

Volunteer Engagement

Data Privacy

Limitation of Liability

While NWF strives for accuracy and quality in its programs and content, the Foundation does not guarantee success or outcomes. NWF is not liable for third-party actions, indirect damages, or unforeseeable circumstances.

Termination of Association

NWF reserves the right to terminate partnerships, volunteer assignments, or beneficiary assistance due to misconduct, non-compliance, or misuse of resources.

Governing Law
