Education Program

Time may wait for you and me, but not for our children. Therefore, right education with the right opportunities at the right time is the focus of this project. At Navuttam Welfare Foundation (NWF), we ensure that no child is left behind. Instead of allowing a child to drop out, we help them identify their potential and link them with opportunities through partnerships that NWF has forged.

Our Approach: The 3S Model

We use the 3S Model to shape the future of children through three core elements: Shiksha (Education), Sanskaar (Values), and Skills.

1. Shiksha (Education)

Academic growth is at the heart of our program. We aim to instill a love for constant academic improvement and joyful learning. This love for learning is reinforced through "doing" techniques, which keep children engaged and maintain their interest in education.

2. Sanskaar (Values)

Early education goes beyond books. We teach children important life values such as:

• Giving and sharing
• Sewa (service) and gratitude
• Integrity, hard work, and discipline
• Confidence building and social awareness
• Awareness of social evils and rights with responsibilities

By instilling these values, we strengthen the foundation for their future, helping them grow as responsible, aware, and compassionate individuals.

3. Skills

This component focuses on helping youth identify, promote, and enhance their inherent skills. These skills come naturally to them and can become their life vocation. Through various partnerships, we enable children and youth to refine these skills, which can lead to sustainable careers and opportunities for success.
